YWT is founded by three Chinese guys in 2021. The word YWT is initially composed by the Capital words of their last names.
But that’s just the start of the story. As they are all located in Shenzhen, the most cut-edge and innovative city in China, they hope innovation and breakthrough being the company’s genes.
Then YWT emerges!
YWT is the combination of initial capital words “Yi Wei Ti”, which is the full spelling of the Chinese word “一维体”. The literal meaning of the Chinese word is One-Dimensional Body, referring to mindset breakthrough, disruptive innovation.
We are always used to thinking about problems in one dimension, but this does not make it easy for us to see the essence of things. Therefore, learning to seek answers from a higher dimension will be the best habit to achieve innovation and breakthroughs.
Hence YWT is both referring those three guys and their original intention.
