2. Initial moisture: 75%
3. Final moisture: ≥10%

6. Heating mode: Steam (0.4 mpa~0.5 mpa)
7. Dehumidification system: External connection of dehumidifier

II. Technical selection
Water evaporation per hour: W=400*[(75-10%)/(1-75%)]=1040 kg/h
Handling capacity per hour: G=400+1040=1440 kg/h
The evaporation intensity per square meter per hour is 10~12 kg/h.m2 according to the heat source condition of the user site and the actual experience data of our previous installation and debugging (10 kg/h.m2 here)
The evaporation intensity per square minute Q=10÷60=0.166 kg/min.m2. Water component to be evaporated per minute: Q1=1040÷60=17.3 kg/min.m2
Real required area =17.3÷0.166=104m2(effective drying area)
The actual effective drying area of the drum scraper dryer is as follows: S=34 m2, consider using 2 drying equipment to meet the actual drying area. The single model is: TG-φ2.0×3.0, S=18.84 m2
