The HZ-OLF-100 is an advanced fault detection system for overhead transmission lines, ensuring uninterrupted power flow and quick fault identification.
It is designed to handle a variety of faults, including short-circuit, ground, poor contact, and insulator faults.
This system helps utilities locate faults in real-time, minimizing downtime and enhancing service reliability.
The device supports 6kV–500kV line fault section locating and features self-networking capability without reliance on external networks.

The terminal sensor system comprises three units per set for ABC phase monitoring. Each sensor integrates:

• Power Management: Capacitive storage + rechargeable Li-battery + solar panel surface
• Triple Power Modes: Induction harvesting / Solar charging / Battery backup
• LoRa Transmission: 10km range capability

A signal transmission relay that aggregates sensor data within a 10km radius, autonomously forwarding consolidated data to next-hop nodes (other relays or master stations). Solar plus battery power supply is used.

The Master is used to receive all the data from the terminal sensor and the data repeater, and at the same time the other end transmits the data to the software management platform via the USB port. The Master supports an external antenna and has a maximum communication distance of 10km.

By correlating the sensor data with the actual physical location information on the line fault location management platform, users can realize rapid interval location of line faults through the management platform.
